SUBSTANCE: burner has double-tier vortex generator each of whose tiers mounts external and internal nozzles with holes in the latter, fuel injector installed along their axes and provided with at least one lip on its end, opposing end being made in internal contracting nozzle to organize sudden contraction of channel; set of holes is provided in nozzle wall upstream of channel. EFFECT: reduced toxicity of combustion products; improved operating reliability. 3 dwg
