FIELD: oil-producing industry; applicable in development of oil deposits with high rate of water encroachment. SUBSTANCE: method includes alternation of pressure increase and decrease of injected water. During period of high pressure, injected into injection well is activated sludge in form of mixture of nutrient substances and microorganisms with addition of biostimulators. Method is especially efficient in development of oil pool with nonuniform reservoir. EFFECT: increased oil recovery due to increased coverage of formation by flooding and selective plugging of formation zones weakly involved in development operations.
