FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out cutanoadipous flaps in gluteal area. Longitudinal 5 mm long notches are distributed over the flaps in chess-board order. Longitudinal tunnels are formed corresponding to the penis length. The deepithelialized cutanoadipous flaps are introduced into the subcutaneous tunnels. The flaps are fixed to the cavernous bodies of the penis in the vicinity of the coronal sulcus. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of the method; prevented postoperative complications.
