APPARATUS FOR STAMPING ROLLED STOCK Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly stamping of rolled bars. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for stamping rolled stock includes two pendulums with covers. Both pendulums are mounted coaxially one with another, each on its own axle in bearing unit on tables jointly mounted in housing of stamping apparatus and adjusted in vertical direction. Pendulums have grooves in which cartridges with stamps are arranged. Pendulums are mutually joined by means of levers secured to ends of axles. Each pendulum has its own pneumatic cylinder and mechanism for axial adjustment, mechanism for automatic change of stamps in the form of shaft mounted in bearing assemblies and passing through opening arranged along axis of pendulum and cover. In lower console portion of shaft disc with stamps is mounted. Upper portion of shaft passing through lengthwise groove of axle and opening of pendulum cover is joined with step hydroelectric motor mounted in cover of pendulum. Each pendulum is provided with shock absorber in the form of weight moving along guides of housing and joined with lever secured to axle.
