FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feeding and receiving conveyors 2,7. Discharge branch pipe 3 of feeding conveyor 2 has flat sides, and its front and rear walls 5 are extending in radial direction, with radius center being positioned above discharge window cut plane. Connecting member 10 disposed between discharge branch pipe and feeding branch pipe is provided with flat sides, and its rear and front walls 13 have flat upper parts and conical lower part, with center of lower part radius being positioned above its discharge window cut plane. Connecting member 10 embraces with its upper part discharge branch pipe 3 of feeding conveyor 2 and is inserted with its lower part into receiving branch pipe 9 of receiving conveyor 7. Sides of connecting member 10 are pivotally coupled to sides of discharge and receiving branch pipes 3, 9 through split axles whose axes coincide with centers of radii of rear and front walls of discharge branch pipe 3 and connecting member 10. Split axles are coupled in pairs by links through spherical pivot joints mounted on split axles.
