Cosmetic contains basis (polyethylene oxide gel), alpha-interferon (more specifically, human alpha-2-interferon) with specific activity 10⁶ i.u./g, and complex of natural biologically-active substances including wax and vegetable oils supplemented by other ingredients so that proportions of ingredients are following, wt %: propolis extract 3.9-8.2, glycerol 5.9-12.4, bee honey 5.9-12.3, dog-rose oil 0.11-0.93, olive oil 10.86-22.7, wax 2.36-6.2, pear essence 0.1-0.22, alpha-2-interferon 0.011-0.012, and polyethylene oxide gel - the balance.
