SUBSTANCE: claimed permissible explosive contains nitroesters, ammonium chloride, potassium nitrate, sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose, zinc stearate, colloidal cotton, soda ash and polyvinyl chloride, with respective ratios of components.
