FIELD: equipment for oil production with use of rod pumping units providing possibility for catching operations at elimination of failure and turning of rods in wells having insert and non-insert rod pumps, exchange of non-insert pumps without plugging wells. SUBSTANCE: installation includes working cylinder-plunger pair with suction and pumping valves mounted in them respectively. Cut off valve is mounted in free end of cylinder. Suction valve includes receiving branch pipe that may engage with cut off valve. In second variant suction valve may engage with plunger. When plunger is in its low position it provides forced closing of suction valve. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of oil well operation. 3 dwg
