SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for protection of optical electric devices against thieves, in particular, in doorway of apartment houses. Device has incandescent lamp circuit with switch, which is connected to apartment ring circuit and to signal button using signal wire, which consists of locking contact, which contacts end terminal of central contact, when incandescent lamp is removed from socket. When lamp is plugged in, its cap is twisted into socket, until it contacts central contact and end terminal with locking contact. EFFECT: prevention of embezzlement of incandescent lamp in doorway of apartment houses by thieves, keeping its integrity and minimal complexity of its replacement. 5 cl, 5 dwg
