SUBSTANCE: roulette has base defined with annular edge whose inner surface at least partially forms ball rolling race, disk-shaped member mounted on base for rotation, dividing members positioned on disk-shaped member so as to define ball receiving parts, protruding members arranged along annular edge on base. Base is provided with sleeve. End surface of sleeve side wall, base surface extending annular edge, and disk-shaped member edge surface are inclined toward sleeve bottom surface. Disk-shaped member has central surface with portion inclined to its edge, and is mounted within sleeve so as to define space of 0.2-1.8 mm between disk-shaped member edge and inner side of sleeve side wall. Inclined surfaces of disk-shaped member have inclination angle of 5-25 deg, and end surface of sleeve side wall and base surface extending along annular edge have inclination angle of 10-30 deg. Sleeve has inner diameter of 350-750 mm, side wall height of 55-85 mm, and side wall thickness of 10-30 mm. Height of base with annular edge is 100-260 mm, and difference between base outer diameter and sleeve outer diameter is 160-600 mm. Length, width and height of dividing members are 25-65 mm, 3-7 mm and 3-11 mm, respectively. Length, width and height of protruding members are 25-55 mm, 5-15 mm and 3.5-9.5 mm, respectively. Ball rolling race width is 21-41 mm, and dividing members spacing is 30-50 mm. Geometric parameters of roulette members, their mutual arrangement and interaction eliminate the influence of croupier on the course of game, and does not allow game results to be predicted by game participants.
