FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has control unit (SE), which sets one or several communication parameters upon alteration of communication channels in central station and respective user stations, in order to optimize use of bandwidth of allocated channel. Goal of invention is achieved by two introduced radio transmission and reception channels (ENC1, ENC2, IF1, IF2, MOD1, MOD2, DEM1, DEM2, DF1, DF2, DEC1, DEC2) in modems of central and user stations. Only one channel is used for signal transmission. Output part of radio transmission circuit and input part of radio reception circuit has additional frequency discrimination filters (FWS, FWE). When allocation of communication channels in circuit, which is not currently used, alters, new transmission parameters are set, and communication switches to this circuit upon completion of synchronization establishing process with new communication parameters. EFFECT: increased flexibility in allocation of transmission line resources without interrupt and noise for established communication. 14 cl, 6 dwg
