FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: product is three-layered structure having air- and damp-impermeable substratum containing natural and/or synthetic fibers with not greater than 24% elongation and rapture strength of 17.6 to 33.4 kg when mass per surface is equal to 50-160 g/sq.m. Adhesive layer is distributed over the substratum layer under the following ingredient proportion: natural caoutchouc - 12.85% and/or synthetic caoutchouc - 12.85%, zinc oxide 32%, lanolin free of water - 9.9%, medical petrolatum oil 11.3%, pine colophony - 20.35%, antioxidation additive Agidol-1 - 0.75%. The hygroscopic and atraumatic inlay manufactured from nonwoven natural or synthetic material having chlorohexidine bigluconate. Staple fabric, wooden wheel fabric or fabric manufactured from viscose yarn, acetate fabric and other materials applicable for producing the given type of plasters and satisfying the requirements mentioned.
