SUBSTANCE: the apparatus has a material cylinder and a screw conveyer made with annular grooves alternating with toothed bosses. The toothed bosses of the screw conveyer are located in the annular grooves of the cylinder, and the toothed bosses of the cylinder - in the annular grooves of the screw conveyer with radial and axial clearances between them. The radial and axial clearances are made in the form of annular cavities. The cavities are formed between the toothed bosses of the screw conveyer and cylinder on one or two side in the axial or axial and radial directions. The radial and axial clearances are combined along the axis of rotation of the screw conveyer similar or different in configuration. The material cylinder and the screw conveyer are made as multiple-thread ones. The cylinder teeth are used as heat radiators. EFFECT: intensified processes of heat exchange. 21 dwg
