FIELD: production of cloth-like microporous laminated materials permeable for air and wet steam but impermeable for liquid; applicable in manufacture of diapers, children training trousers, hygiene clothes, linen, etc. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of nonwoven fibrous cloth and thermoplastic film forming micropores into slot between rollers, regulation of compression force between cloth and film in slots for their joining and lamination of cloth surface with film to form laminated breadth; additional action on laminated breadth at ambient temperature by incremental drawing along line running in fact uniformly across laminated breadth and over its entire thickness to obtain cloth-like microporous laminated material. The other method, as distinct from said method, includes extrusion lamination of cloth surface by continuous extrusion into slot of extrudate forming micropores at temperature above point of its softening with subsequent drawing of laminated breadth in compliance with said method but by continuous introduction of it under conditions of flow line between rollers for incremental drawing to obtain cloth-like microporous laminated material. Produced material is permeable for air and wet steam but impermeable for liquid, is similar to cloth and produced feeling of soft nonwoven cloth. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 12 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex
