FIELD: air-cushion and hydrofoil craft. SUBSTANCE: proposed vessel is provided with side skegs mounted under bottom which are used for forming air cushion; they are also used as extension of sides. Hydrofoils and propulsors are secured to skegs. Secured to lower edges of these skegs is panel made from stainless steel and plastic fibers. This is provided for forming rather homogeneous aqueous medium between panel and air cushion. Hydrofoils are secured to flat bottom of ship. Its vertical fasteners keep inclined portion of hydrofoil at angle of 30 to 45 deg. and connect ship's bottom with horizontal portion of hydrofoil provided with skegs directed downward. Skegs provided on inclined portion of hydrofoil are directed towards water flow. In fore and aft portions of ship, hydrofoils correspond to width of bilge; at sides, they are secured to side skegs. At remaining under-bottom space, hydrofoils correspond to one third part of this width on either side. Hydrofoils ensure sliding over water surface or forcing the ship out of water above waterline for reduction of drag and increase of speed. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency; reduction of drag. 8 cl, 16 dwg
