FIELD: biotechnological methods of purification of sewage. SUBSTANCE: removal of food oil and fats from contaminated flows is carried out at pH of 7.0 and temperatures of 15 C, 30 C, 45 C and 50 C. Mineral components are added to flows, and bacterial biomass of strains Acirnetobacter species M-2, Acinetobacter species M-3, Arthrobacter species M-4 and Rhodococcus species M-5 are inoculated.
