FIELD: oil and gas production, particularly, devices for secondary opening of wells. SUBSTANCE: device has body, hydraulic cylinder, spring-loaded hollow rod with piston, threading roll, jet nozzle and supporting rolls. Mounted on base of open recess is supporting plate contacting wedge in the form of forked slider. Wedge is embraced from two sides by side plates with recesses. Threading roll is hinged to lever by means of axle installed on body. Such design of threading roll ensures its contact with wall of casing pipe by moving device to opposite side up to touching of wall of casing pipe by supporting rolls and impressing of threading roll into all of casing pipe. Located inside hollow axle of threading roll are spring-loaded extended pins coming into recesses of side plates.
