FIELD: radio detection and ranging. SUBSTANCE: the radar uses a beam time position- to-bearing converter, two coincidence gate units, on-line storage, interval duration counting unit, interval duration transmitter, subtracter with a below zero symptom, adder; the group of the outputs of the scanning transmitting device via the beam time position-to-bearing converter is connected to the group of inputs of the first coincidence gate unit, having a separate input connected to the synchronizer output and having a group of outputs connected to the first group of inputs of the on-line storage, whose second group of inputs is connected via the interval duration counting unit to the group of outputs of the interval duration transmitter, whose group of outputs via the second coincidence gate unit is connected to the second group of inputs of the adder, and the third group of inputs of the on-line storage and the group of outputs are connected respectively to the group of outputs of the direction finding receiving device and to the group of inputs of the subtracter with a below zero symptom, having the second group of outputs, a separate output and a group of outputs connected respectively to the group of outputs of the interval duration counting unit, to the separate input of the second coincidence gate unit, to the first group of inputs of the adder, whose group of outputs is connected to the second group of inputs of the indicator.
