FIELD: computer-aided summary networks used as mercantile means enabling coordination of buying and selling proposals. SUBSTANCE: computer-aided summary network functions to coordinate buying and selling proposals according to the proposal satisfying schedules. Network has mercantile system terminals used for proposal input. Proposals are entered in the form of density schedules for satisfying proposals concerned with selling and buying definite kinds of commodities including set of combination factors (price, quantity). Each proposal is, essentially, either buying order or selling order. System terminals are connected to central computer controlling coordination processes that functions to receive proposal density satisfying schedules entered from any terminal. Computer coordinates proposals submitted in the form of proposal density satisfying schedules for every businessman so as the latter can be rest assured that the total result of coordination process in terms of mean price and size will maximize mutual satisfaction for all businessmen involved. Coordination process is anonymous and may be either continuous or grouped, or it may be combination of the two. Non-coordinated proposal density satisfying schedules may be used for submitting information about price discrepancy and pricing. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 75 cl, 17 dwg, 2 tbl
