FIELD: displaying equipment. SUBSTANCE: modular stand has unified holders for booklets or other kinds of information material and/or holders for articles of multiple size. Holders are interconnected to define honeycomb construction in the form of shield. Each information material holder has rectangular or boxlike casing of size approximately equal to that of book block (A4, A3, A2, A1, A0), and at least one information material retainer made in the form of transparent screen, pressure plank, magnetic button, tipped needle. Article holder has casing of the same kind and article retainer made in the form of transparent pocket. Boxlike inserts may be positioned between holders in stand. Stand is adapted to be fastened to wall or it may be mounted on supporting columns by means of minimum amount of fastening members and brackets. When disassembled, stand is composed of stack of holders and set of brackets placed in soft or semirigid container. Stand may be used for displaying of information materials in different fields, such as education, artistic or decorating, book designing, advertisement etc. Such construction allows shape, volume or position of stand to be readily changed depending on nature of display and parameters of informational and design technologies, as well as on operation modes.
