FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming cutanocartilaginous autograft from the proximal first toe phalanx of the same side foot with its being introduced into the canal formed in the cortical plate and articulation platform of the condyle. The so created defect is substituted with porous titanium nickelide implant. EFFECT: restored cartilaginous surface of the condyle; enabled early training of movements in the articulation. 4 dwg
