FIELD: building materials industry, more particularly preparation of mortar mix and mastic. SUBSTANCE: organomineral mix comprises, wt %: mineral material, 87-98; and organic binder, the balance. Amount of organic binder is determined according to formula: wherein B is content of organic binder in raw organomineral mix, %: k1 is coefficient allowing for viscosity of organic binder; k2 is coefficient allowing for effect of grain size of fraction and nature of mineral material on specific surface value; k3 is coefficient allowing for effect of grain size of fraction and nature of mineral material on thickness of structural layer of organic binder, γб is density of organic binder, g/cubic cm; n is number of mineral material fractions; Si is specific density of grains of i- fraction of lime material, sq.m/kg; Pi is content of i-fraction of mineral material in mix, %; δi is thickness of film of organic binder structured on grains of i-fraction of lime material. In order to organomineral mix, components thereof are heated to operating temperatures, dosed mineral material is filled onto crushing end stirring device, e.g. ball mill, treated for some time, and specific surface of mineral material is determined. Desired amount of organic binder is calculated according to the formula as given above, the latter is filled into crushing and stirring device, and treatment of mix is continued. Specific surface of mineral material is once again determined, desired amount of binder is calculated according to the formula as given above and it is added instead of one added earlier. Specific surface of mineral material and addition thereof to binder mix are periodically controlled to desired size of organomineral mix. EFFECT: lower storage, transportation and discharge costs due to elimination of adhesion of mineral grains o organomineral mixture. 3 cl, 1 ex, 1 tbl
