Dog pulling lever is double-arm arrangement with magnet placed on one of its axles for engaging reed relay installed on electrical equipment; other axle of lever mounts fixed assembly in the form of rod for engaging movable cleat. Movable cleat is installed on guides for its displacement over them together with dog. Device for fixing the dog when raising cleat together with dog and lowering it to initial position is mounted on center line of cleat.
