FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device us used for butt-jointing and removal of service lines with detachable connections. Device allows operation in automatic mod. It has guide carriage with drive, branch pipe hinge-connected to carriage, mechanism of its balancing and orientation device. Carriage drive is made in the form of two pneumatic cylinders positioned in parallel. One of cylinders is designed for preliminary delivery of carriage, while the other, for butt-jointing. Orientation device is provided additionally with shaped projection arranged on neck and with adjustable spring-loaded rest mounted on branch pipe for interaction with shaped projection.
