FIELD: engine manufacture. SUBSTANCE: feeder has gas cylinder, high- pressure gas inlet line, pressure-reducing device, electromagnetic valves, manifold, crankshaft speed transducer, vacuum sensor, and electronic unit. Pressure-reducing device is divided into two chambers by means of partition provided with hole. Feeder has, in addition, gas valve mounted downstream of gas cylinder, gas heating device installed upstream of pressure-reducing device, multivalve in gas cylinder, pressure sensors in first and second chambers of pressure-reducing device, gas temperature sensor in gas heating device, resistive sensor, and λ-probe transducer. Sensors and transducers, electromagnetic valves, gas heating device, and gas valve are connected to electronic unit. Electromagnetic valve is mounted at inlet of pressure-reducer first chamber; parallel-mounted at outlet of second pressure-reducer chamber are idle-run and working-stroke electromagnetic gas-feeding valves. Outlets of both mentioned electromagnetic valves communicate with manifold. Electromagnetic unit is designed to determine gas flowrate by readings of pressure sensors in first and second chambers of pressure-reducing device as well as to pass additional amount of gas through idle-run electromagnetic valve in case engine crankshaft speed is to be abruptly increased and to optimize composition of fuel mixture using data obtained from sensors and transducers and program embedded in electronic unit.
