FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: tractor has front axle mounted for movement relative to carcass. Front axle is moved by hydraulic cylinder controlled from loading sensor by means of electrohydraulic distributor. Hydraulic cylinder for moving front axle is positioned in plane of symmetry of tractor in parallel with supporting surface. Tractor is equipped with adjustable wheel position sensor which blocks displacement of front axle during wheel turning. Two-line two-position normally closed distributors are positioned in parallel with hydraulic engines of adjustable wheel drive. Distributors are controlled by front axle loading sensor. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing normal controlling of wheel-type tractor with farm machines attached at rear part of tractor without usage of ballast weights. 7 cl, 5 dwg
