FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: aspen milled bark is extracted with water at 70 C in the ratio of components raw : water = (1:8)-(1:10), infused for 4-6 h, squeezed out and extract is settled for 2-4 h followed by concentrating under vacuum at 30-50 C up to 60 wt.%. Then residue is extracted with 45% ethyl alcohol in the ratio of components 1:1 for 4-6 h, squeezed out and aqueous and alcoholic extracts are combined followed by evaporation and drying under vacuum.
