FIELD: construction engineering; building units for ceilings of buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: unit has body made of at least two parts fabricated from extra light-mass concrete. Slots are made on some surfaces of body; reinforcing fastener is made of reinforcing members arranged in slots and joints to organize hollows and hardener medium that fills up the hollows. One part of body is essentially main part, other one is auxiliary part. Reinforcing fabrics with meshes are used as reinforcing fastener. One of surfaces of auxiliary body part has set of nonintersecting slots or net of slots mating the reinforcing net; slots of mentioned net mating the reinforcing net are different in depth. Adhesive compound is used as hardener. EFFECT: reduced specific weight and heat conductivity of building unit. 4 cl, 5 dwg
