SUBSTANCE: gearing has body 112, coaxial driving 1 and driven 2 shafts, carrier with radial axles 5, satellite gears 6,7 assembled in pairs and rotating on axles irrespective of each other, and satellite gears assembled with flywheels 8. Gearing also includes driving and driven central bevel gears 3 and 4 positioned from one side of radial axles 5, and central supporting bevel gear 10 mounted coaxially with gearing axis. Gear 10 is engaged with satellite gears 9 and coupled with driving central bevel gear 3 through gears 14, 15, 16 and 17. Simultaneous rotation of flywheels 8 with satellite gears about gearing axis and around radial axles 5 of carrier causes braking of carrier rotation as a result of constant variation of direction of torque vectors of flywheel momentum relative to central point O1.
