FIELD: application of coats on surfaces of articles; spraying units. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing and nozzle fitted with flange and union nut and detachably connected with housing. Tube of compressed gas passage is connected to flow rate and compressed gas supply control member. Current-conducting tube with powder flow passage is mounted inside nozzle. One end of current- conducting tube is received by through hole of housing where it is connected with elastic tube and is engageable with mating part of electric contact of charging unit. Other end of this tube is engageable with threaded part of current-conducting pipe union fitted in threaded hole f nozzle through ring-shaped cavity for connected of current-conducting tube with flexible tube. Ring-shaped cavity of nozzle is provided with ring-shaped recess which forms gas flow distributing cavity together with outer surface of spraying head. EFFECT: improved quality of polymer coats at automated application of powder materials due to intensive swirling and dispersal of powder-and-gas. 9 cl, 2 dwg
