FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pipeline being run, hollow working cone-shaped lug hinged to pin fixed on flange which is mounted on end of pipeline being run in direction of puncture; it also has vibrator made in the form of gear cluster mounted on rotary supports in flange, pin-mounted leader, and feeder. One of mentioned gears comes in mesh with drive gear mounted on pipe; second one engages other gear on rotary supports of pin and joined to roll axle by means of cage supported by internal surface of feeder.
