Cursor is set at an angle equal to inclination angle of the first patient rib relative to the longitudinal vertebral column axis. Gentry inclination angle is set corresponding to the angle. The first tomographic section is built that passes through superior edge of the first rib being base of the interscalene space. The following series of tomographic sections is produced with tomograph step being equal to 2 mm and arranged in parallel to the first section.
