SUBSTANCE: invention proposes replacement of filler containing cacao butter in the amount of 2 g for medical suppository in sealed vessel of 10-ml volume with 8 ml of aqueous concentrate of radon with activity of 0.05-0.5 mc of oxygen utilization factor for saturation of suppository up to activity of 0.1-1.0 mc of oxygen utilization factor. The invention excludes radon losses, simplifies the application procedures and due to increased time of radon retention in organism, quantity of daily procedures is reduced and their efficiency are increased.
