FIELD: tube blank preparation, namely, for making bellows. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of shaping tube blanks, drawing each tube blank by several operations to single pack, corrugating tube pack for forming bellows, heat treatment of bellows. Each tube blank is made of dispersion-hardened nickel-base alloy containing niobium, aluminium, titanium and/or tungsten as alloying elements. Each tube blank is subjected to drawing, heating up to 100-1300 C, soaking in protective medium at above mentioned temperature, cooling tube blank. Then all operations of drawing, heating, soaking and cooling are repeated until each tube blank reaches predetermined size; drawn tube blanks are assembled to pack and assembled pack is corrugated for forming bellows. Heat treatment of bellows is realized by heating up to 1000-1300 C, soaking bellows in protective medium at said temperature until complete solution of hardened phase of alloy and subsequent cooling of it until temperature of termination of phase conversion of alloy. Protective medium is vacuumized air medium or argon. EFFECT: prevention of cracking of walls of tube blank and bellows, enhanced stability of mechanical properties, improved ductility of bellows. 8 cl, 1 tbl
