FIELD: material roasting in construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat-transfer apparatus has chain curtain and hot-end hollow enclosed components suspended from coupled circular members protruding above lining by means of brackets with axles. Brackets are made of hollow cylinders closed on both ends with walls that have segmental recess facing the kiln lining; flat valves entering segmental recess are hinged on inner surface of kiln in parallel to its axis along width of hollow cylinders.
