FIELD: force-measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure forces acting on polished rod of pumping machine in process of oil extraction. Transducer has two parallel springy members interconnected by jumper. Resistance strain gauges of tensometric half- bridge are positioned on each springy member between L-shaped grooves. Lids with seals connected in pairs with the aid of distance sleeves are arranged on outer and inner side of each springy member. Lids are self-adjusted with use of sealing elements thanks to selection of dimensions of parts to be matched. Forces of pressure in pair of lids are directed in opposition which prevents deformation of springy member in zone of bonding of resistance strain gauges. Change of width of part of springy member between L-shaped grooves makes it feasible to design transducers of various sensitivity.
