FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: pipe-envelope includes load-bearing layers made from glass-reinforced plastic with intermediate layer made from thermoplastic polymer between them. Load-bearing glass-reinforced plastic layers are provided with solid flat circular layers of sealing adhesive composition located radially and applied on flat end faces overlapping intermediate thermoplastic polymer layer; intermediate thermoplastic polymer layer is fastened with this layer and with load-bearing glass-reinforced plastic layers by means of continuous cord-type circular members made from elasto-flexible material, such as rubber overlapping it in thickness over entire perimeter. Load-bearing glass- reinforced plastic layers have wefts located axially and warps located in circumferential direction; they are reinforced over end faces embracing them over congruent surfaces and profile of cord-type circular members by means of solid metal circular holders fastened to them by means of adhesive composition; for fastening them with load-bearing glass-reinforced plastic layer located above intermediate thermoplastic polymer layer, use is additionally made of rod- type threaded members.
