SUBSTANCE: energy-active enclosure that may be used for multistory garages to take off and store solar energy has glass paneling, suntrap with ducts for heat carrier circulation, heat-insulation, and water outlet device. It is provided with photoelectric converter installed between glass paneling and suntrap, photoelectric converter is connected to inverter and accumulator, as well as to heat pump.
