FIELD: mineral concentration by flotation method; applicable in coarse-grained flotation of metalliferous and nonmetalliferous raw materials. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic flotation machine has flotation cell, slit-like screening surface, appliance for supply of coarse-grained feed onto foam layer made in the form of hollow ring with inlet pipes tangentially spaced over ring diameter and slit-like outlet from internal cavity in its lower part. Appliance for loading of fine-grained pulp located along cell axis and made in the form of vertical cylinder is provided with circular receiving chamber located above appliance and having inlet pipe and circular outlet into cylinder internal cavity. Installed along axis of flotation cell is tubular mixer in the form of ejector. Branch pipe for unloading of cell product is connected with its upper part to lower end of cylinder. The machine has a foam collecting trough, unit of pneumohydraulic aerators, parabolic reflector coaxially fixed under tubular mixer with circular clearance relative to its lower end face. Internal cavity of appliance is tightly separated by cone-shaped wall from internal cavity of circular receiving chamber. Distributing disc is installed inside hollow ring below level of inlet pipes with clearance relative to ring external wall. Tubular mixer internal side is provided with ring-shaped unit of pneumohydraulic aerators stepwise located over perimeter of its side walls in lower part. Inner diameter of ring-shaped unit of aerators exceeds inner diameter of overlaying part of tubular mixer. EFFECT: improved aerohydrodynamic conditions of machine operation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
