FIELD: construction industry, applicable in manufacture of concrete and reinforced-concrete constructions. SUBSTANCE: installation has a supporting frame provided with guides, support and a drive mechanism consisting of an electric motor, reduction gear, drive bevel pinions, chain and driven bevel pinions. The movable frame is made in the form of a movable carriage with supports, and the supporting frame carries cores, made on whose one side are equidimensional in length grooves symmetrical to the central core. The movable carriage is engageable with the cores by means of pins. The installation is provided with a vibrating frame that mounts longitudinal shafts provided with levers rigidly coupled to longitudinal bolts, and transverse shafts coupled to the longitudinal shafts by means of bevel pinions. The transverse boards have slots to accommodate the prestressed reinforcement bars, and holes for passage of the bars in them and coupled by means of tie-rods, brackets and hinges of the intermediate supports to the shaft with the transverse shaft, which, in turn, have double-arm levers on two sides provided with rollers.
