FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in performance of repairs and isolating works. SUBSTANCE: polymer plugging composition includes carbamide-formaldehyde resin, acid hardener and solvent. Acid hardener is used in the form of fluosilicic acid or its sodium salt. Solvent is in the form of alcohol from C-C₄ group, or mixture of alcohol from C-C₄ group with water, or water. Composition has the following ratio of components, wt.p: carbamide-formaldehyde resin, 100; fluosilicic acid or its sodium salt, 0.2-5.0; alcohol from C-C₄ group, or mixture of alcohol from C-C₄ group with water, or water, 10-20.16.
