FIELD: gas engineering. SUBSTANCE: liquid-and-gas jet apparatus is used as compressor. Propane or butane or isobutane or their mixtures are pumped out due to delivery of liquid medium to nozzle of liquid- and-gas jet apparatus; in the course of mixing with liquid phase, propane or butane or isobutane or their mixtures are compressed and condensed in jet apparatus at temperature of liquid medium maintained below condensing temperature of gaseous propane or butane or isobutane or their mixtures at pressure jet apparatus outlet. Media mixture from jet apparatus is fed to separator where liquid propane or butane of isobutane or their mixtures are separated from liquid medium after which liquid propane or butane or isobutane or their mixtures are fed to consumer and liquid medium is fed to nozzle of jet apparatus.
