SUBSTANCE: device has silent pile driver and pile cap joined to the latter and provided with changeable pile shoes fastened to wedge shoes of pile cap and switching levers; silent pile driver is provided with pusher made in the form of cylinder with closed bottom that actuates driving or extracting member through hole made in body of pile cap and abuts against springs installed on body of pile cap and is joined to the latter by means of buckles with shock-absorbers.
