FIELD: aircraft engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed rocket ramjet engine has shell accommodating gas generator with solid- propellant charge. Gas generator installed inside shell with ring clearance forms air intake. Nozzle assembly is arranged on front bottom of gas generator. Supercritical parts of nozzles are installed with turn relative to slots of critical sections made on side surface of gas generator. Gas generator is furnished with mechanism to control section of nozzle critical section. This mechanism is made in form of shutter with gas outlet holes being installed in plane of gas generator combustion chamber to form clearance between side surface of shutter and housing of gas generator combustion chamber. Mechanism can form clearance between plane of shutter and gas generator nozzle bottom. Shutter can displace relative to gas generator nozzle bottom. EFFECT: improved reliability of engine at thrust control depending on conditions of flight. 2 dwg
