FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packing of articles sensitive to dynamic loads, such as glass articles, incandescent lamps and the like. Shell is made in form of multiangular-section tube with end face valves and is provided with article clamping lips. Lips are formed by internal angular projections of tube and parallelogram mechanism made by means of paired cuts on end face rib of tube. Sections of faces between cuts are bent inwards the tube to form longitudinal and cross links of parallelogram set into action by end face valve of tube. According to second design version, clamping lips are made in form of two parallelogram mechanisms whose drives are coupled with end face valves of tube. EFFECT: provision of safety of articles without increased expenditure of packing materials and change of conventional technology of manufacture of package. 5 cl, 7 dwg
