FIELD: preparation of Portland cements, mortars and concretes based thereon. SUBSTANCE: binder consisting of Portland cement clinker, dihydrate gypsum and additive comprises, as additive, magnesial rock/dunite, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: dunite, 30-40; dihydrate gypsum, 3; and Portland cement clinker, the balance. Additive promotes active participation of rock in process of hydration and hardening of cement.
