SUBSTANCE: complex additive comprises accelerator and plasticizer. Accelerator includes hydrochloric and formic acid salts, and plasticizer includes alcohols polyalcohols, ratios of components being as follows, wt: hydrochloric acid slats 30-90; polyalcohols, 8- 24; formic acid salts, 4-10; hydrochloric acid salt includes sodium and calcium formate, and polyalcohols are pentaerythrite and glycerol.
