SUBSTANCE: device has water-closet pan, warm water sprayer for local bathing made in the form of hollow bow-shaped rod bending around internal surface of water-closet shell and provided with nozzle installed on internal side of sprayer bow; mentioned rod is alternately mounted with its ends in horizontal plane on pins fastened on opposite sides of water-closet seat and connected to water feed device. Water- closet pan-bidet has sprayer turning device for setting it in working or non-working position and for displacing the nozzle relative to user body; mentioned device is made in the form of handle installed on sprayer turning pin on external side of water-closet body. Water-closet panЦbidet also has mixer with hot- and cold-water valves connected to system and to sprayer, and fan used for resistance heating of air to desired temperature sufficient to dry human body. In addition water- closet pan-bidet has seat and check-up water outlet to check water temperature by touch; bow-shaped rod of sprayer is provided with spring device that functions to return the rod to bow-shaped recess after procedure; recess is made in rear part of seat; sprayer rod is free to turn through angle ranging between 0 and 110 deg.; sprayer turning handle is mounted on its turning pin; shower is joined to mixer for bathing front part of user's body; mixer is fixed on side rib of water- closet seat on side in opposition to sprayer turning handle and connected to system through hot-water feed control regulator; resistance heating fan is fastened on water-closet shell and its outlet port communicates with common inlet of airflow passages made in water-closet seat; outlet ports of passages are made in front and rear parts of water-closet seat provided with choke for adjusting warm air flow through passages.
