FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: the superchaotic oscillator has a linear (1) and non-linear (2) devices with a negative resistance, first (3) and second (4) capacitors, first (5) and second (6) inductance coils. Internal couplings and the type of the volt- ampere characteristic of the linear (1) and non-linear (2) devices with a negative resistance provide for excitation ofsuperchaotic oscillations in a series oscillatory circuit, as well as separation the oscillator circuit of a self-contained unit serving as a periodic oscillator.
