FIELD: food-processing industry and pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing raw plant material to pulsed irradiation with electromagnetic field, with energetic periods (power pulses) and information periods (natural pulses) being provided in predetermined alternation, with increasing level of energetic power (power pulses) for each of subsequent process operations and decreasing level of energetic power (power pulses) for each of subsequent cycles. Total cycle time is 10 min. Usage of pulsed irradiation with decreasing level of energetic power for each of subsequent cycles allows power consumption to be reduced. Product obtained has predetermined composition of active substances and high organoleptical properties. EFFECT: simplified method and improved quality of product. 4 dwg
